How it works?

Our services are designed to be hassle free. On the day of your event, we will set up (please allow two hours) then leave, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration.  We will then return the next day to pick up at a discussed time.  We do all the work!


How and when you should book?

Booking is easy! Simply fill out our inquiry form and we’ll send you a quote with all the details.  We recommend booking 4 weeks in advance to ensure our availability on your desired date, but we will try to accommodate last minute bookings subject to our availability.


How much space do I need?  

The Indoor Tents require around 6ft depth with the mattress, 4ft width, and are 5ft high.  We can arrange the tents in various configurations (line-up, semi-circle,etc) depending on your space. 

 For our Luxe Bell Tent, we require an area with a 22-foot circumference for staking and set up. We can set up the bell tent on a hard surface, but there is an additional charge due to increased labor.


Where are you located and where is your service available?

We are located in Chelsea, AL.  

Currently our services are offered in Shelby, Jefferson, Chilton, and portions of Talladega and St. Clair counties. We deliver 30 miles surrounding the Chelsea area free from a delivery fee and distance beyond 30 miles will be subject to the fee.

What if I need to cancel or postpone?

If you need to cancel or change dates, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your event in order to receive refund of your deposit. We will try our best to reschedule you at a convenient time.

What if the weather is an issue?

We closely monitor the weather leading up to your event, and we will update you if there is anything that may impact your event. For the safety of all our guests any outdoor set up will not take place in extreme weather (storms/ extreme wind/extreme cold temps). We will do everything we can to accommodate alternative dates.  We do this in complete consultation with you, bearing in mind your safety and enjoyment.  If no alternative date can be accommodated, a refund will be issued.   

Is it just for kids?

No way! This is an experience for adults, families, and kids of all ages. Consider us for any get together or party such as baby showers, game day parties, bachelorette parties, girls’ night, adult dinner parties, children’s and adult birthdays, or a Luxe date night.  We ensure everything is age appropriate. We will work to provide the theme and atmosphere you desire; however, additional charges will apply for custom décor requests.
